Return policy

How to return an item?

If you have a return request, please follow the process below and we will process your request as soon as possible.
1. Contact our customer service department (Email: and submit your return request and order information, we will follow you up to the fastest time.
2. After the return application is approved, we will send you a return information email, and please return the goods according to the return information of the mail.
3. Send the goods to us at the local post office
4. Contact customer service and submit return shipping tracking number and voucher.
5. We will process the replacement or refund to your account and accordance with our return conditions within 3-6 business days after receiving the package.

On RINSTA's duty:

1. RINSTA will be responsible for any faulty, damaged, broken, defective, soiled or wrong items, incorrect size(size mismatch exceeds 3cm/1.5 inch) and wrong color items.
2. Please send a clear picture of the problem to, after confirming it is our fault, we will arrange a refund or resend to customers.

On customer's duty:

1. Incorrect order (size of the item):
If the customer has ordered an incorrect size or product, we can also manage return/exchange for them.
2. Unwanted or unsatisfied items:
If the customers decide that they no longer want the item, they can apply a return for refund or exchange.
Please note the items should be on brand new items, unworn, unwashed and unused if customers need to return to us.
Note: On customer's duty, customers will be responsible for paying the return shipping fee and then we can arrange an exchange or refund(not include the original shipping fee).

Exceptions / non-returnable items:

We will not accept returns under the following conditions:
1. Items out of the 30 days warranty time-limit.
2. Washed, worn, used or misused items.
3. Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot offer refunds or exchange on Bodysuits unless the items are visibly defective.


The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


1. Please note that the item(s) must be returned with all of the barcode tags intact. All returned items must be in a brand-new condition, unused, unwashed and put in the original packages with the correct bar-code.
2. Please only return the items which have been approved by our customer service team, and avoid returning more items or fewer items before providing the new return information to us.
3. If you want to return the items of several orders in one parcel, please print out the attachment of the return label for all the returned orders, and then put them into the return package.
If the above requirement can not be met, the refund or exchange can not be operated smoothly.

How soon will I receive the refund after returning?

For orders returned or exchanged, we will refund or resend new orders within 3-6 business days of receiving the returned package.
The time for payment channel refunds:
